- Caregiver Support Group: For anyone in Kamloops and surrounding areas supporting a person in their home.
- Virtual Caregiver Workshop Series: Virtual Family Caregiver Workshop, facilitated by a Registered Nurse with Palliative Nursing Specialty. It is a series of 10 short videos to equip family caregivers with tips, tools and techniques.
- Advance Care Planning: ACP provides the opportunity for adults to share their beliefs, values and wishes for health care decisions with their close family/friend(s) and health care provider in advance of a time when they may be incapable of deciding for themselves.
- Palliative Information Sessions: Provides valuable insights into palliative care, including information about our Hospice home, the admissions process, symptom management and available resources.
- Counselling services: Are offered to anyone in the community facing a palliative diagnosis. Counseling sessions take place in a safe and confidential environment at our Cooper Community Centre located next to the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Memorial Hospice home.
